The City of El Cerrito's Public Works Department is currently seeking to retain up to three (3) transportation engineering firms for on-call services. The term of the contract will be three (3) years with options to extend an additional two (2) years. The work will be assigned on an as-needed basis for various projects and efforts in the City of El Cerrito. They may be discrete, short-term assignments or may be part of larger capital projects or planning projects. This document outlines the requirements, selection process, and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFQ. Written questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M., August 18, 2022 by email to Roland Lambert, Engineering Manager at rlambert@ci.el-cerrito.ca.us. Responses to questions timely submitted will be answered within two (2) business days by addendum emailed to all firms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
