Renovation of a municipal facility in Hollywood, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,994-square-foot, seven-story above grade municipal facility.
Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to deliver, the renovation of the office space in a competent and professional manner and in compliance with all applicable safety and technical related codes and laws. The project is located at 2450 Hollywood Blvd, Suites 202, 204, 207, 209, and 210. The total area of work is 2,994 square feet. The areas of work are divided into 2 main spaces. The first will be a large open conference room. The second consists of a lobby, conference room, offices, break area, storage closet, and IT room, and an open office area. The scope includes the interior demolition of all existing ceiling tiles and grids, walls, finishes, flooring to slab, mechanical systems, lighting, doors and interior windows. The new interior fit-out includes new mechanical units, low voltage, lighting, electric, ceilings and ceiling grids, wall, floors, doors, finishes, and millwork. Contractor is to review all plans for full details and specifications of the scope. The Contractor agrees to cooperate and work with the City of Hollywood's Design and Construction Management Department in scheduling work requested. Q & A deadline: Aug 31, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT
