Acquisition of Dual-Mode Solar Hazard Lights for Use in Construction Barricades for the City of Cleveland Department of Port Control. Lights MUST be Red and LED. Lights MUST be Battery-Powered and Automatically Charged and Operated by Photocell. Light Batteries MUST be Rechargeable. Light Must Have Three (3) Settings: Steady-Burn, Strobe, and Off. Light Base MUST screw into a Standard 10 Barricade Opening.
