Lights MUST be Battery-Powered and Automatically Charged and Operated by Photocell. Light Batteries MUST be Rechargeable. Light Must Have Three (3) Settings: Steady-Burn, Strobe, and Off. Light Base MUST screw into a Standard 10 Barricade Opening. Lights MUST Meet or Exceed the Qualification Below: . 1.Manual switch to change state from steady-burn, to flashing, to off 2.Solar-powered battery charges in sunlight 3.Light automatically turns on when ambient light falls below 60 lux 4.Battery: 1.2, Sub-C Class, NIMH, 2200MaH 5.TEMPERATURE Range: -4F to +149F / -20C to + +65C 6.Water and Dust resistant to IP65 STANDARD 7.Red LED with effective intensity of 8 candela 8.Nominal Night Range: 2 miles / 3.2 km 9.Vertical Divergence:+/-5 10.Horizontal Output: 360 degrees Marker MUST also be able to Comply with FAA Advisory Circular No. 150/5370-2G Purchase Order Valid for One (1) Year or Until Funds Are Exhausted Whichever Occurs First* Bidders must address all questions to the Buyer Buyer: Jules Gilliam 216-664-2621 jgilliam@city.cleveland.oh.us
