The United Nations Development Corporation "UNDC", a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking qualified contractors to provide all material, labor, and oversight for the remediation of Local Law #11 SWARMP at Three United Nations Plaza. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, permits and services necessary for the remediation of Local Law #11 SWARMP at the referenced building, in accordance with all applicable laws in New York City and New York State. Three UN Plaza is a Class A, mid-rise commercial office building, located in midtown Manhattan. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field.

Liability insurance of $5,000,000.
A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable Class A, high-rise office buildings.
