The Town of River Bend reserves the right to reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The range for this project is $100,000 to $200,000. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
