The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the RFQ) for Sewer Remediation services as described below. Late submissions will not be accepted. General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, desires to solicit submittals relating to Sewer Back up Cleaning and Remediation. Prevailing Wage Requirements: Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, D.R.M.C. Minimum Wage Requirement: City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 D.R.M.C. General: As the Citys best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals. Miscellaneous: Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the awarded submitter shall comply with any and all applicable public emergency or public health orders issued by any federal, state, municipal or local governmental entity, or any department or agency thereof, including the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) and the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE).
