Renovation of a laboratory facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,640-square-foot, one-story above grade laboratory facility.
The project consists of the alteration of the existing first floor restaurant (Red Robin) into a brewing science laboratory and classroom. This includes installation of new kettles, teaching space and demolition of existing wall for an open bar in the lobby of the Hospitality Learning Center (HLC) to serve both the Degree restaurant and training area for the brew lab. Project will be constructed under a Contractor's Design/Bid/Build agreement.
