Project as follows: Bid #22-111 Milling & Resurfacing Bartley Road (C.R. 625) Bid #M22-111 Milling & Resurfacing, Bartley Road (C.R. 625) in the Borough of Mt Arlington for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering & Transportation consisting of, but not limited to, 49,010 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3" or less, 5,852 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" Thick, 280 LF 9"x6" Hot Mix Asphalt Curb, 51 UNITS Tree Removal, Reconstructed & Reset Inlets, Warning & Regulatory Signs, in addition to other miscellaneous items. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and the Bid number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) (not to exceed $20,000.00) of the total bid, payable to the County of Morris, as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder, they will enter into a contract and provide the necessary bonds and insurance as required by the County and the Division of Risk Management.
