The Work includes temporary erosion and sediment controls: development, maintenance, and decommissioning of a staging area; limited grading; constructing timber piling; construction and placement of engineered wood structures, including toe logs, brush bundles, and brush mattresses, above and below Ordinary High Water; erosion and sediment control; traffic control; property restoration; and other work. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified. Award will take into consideration the lowest total price to provide the services specified along with qualifications and experience ofthe bidder and the Port's budget capability All bid proposals shall be accompanied by deposit in cash, certified check., cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited.
