Project Scope of Work: The purpose of the Invitation To Bid (ITB) is to solicit sealed bids for Aggregates. If you have questions regarding this ITB please contact: Procurement Manager: Andrea Nejeres Telephone No.: 575-258-4343 Email: purchasing@ruidoso-nm.gov It is the responsibility of the bidder to see that the bid arrives on time. Ruidoso is a rural community, be aware that overnight deliveries often do not arrive by the submission deadline. Please plan accordingly. The Village is conducting a multi-award ITB for Aggregates. It is anticipated that the awards under this ITB will result in a Contract that will be for an initial term of one (1) year with an option to renew for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. The awards shall be made to the responsible offerors whose bids are the most advantageous to the Village.
