Renovation of a residential development in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The scope of the work includes: - Adhering to fall protection/fall arrest regulations. - Removal and disposal of existing roofing. Clean up of work area including all nails and debris from yard, shrubs and gutters. - New starter strip. - Ice guard along bottom three feet and in valleys. - Contractor to use Nova Seal Roof Underlayment or equivalent. - New Architectural shingles - lifetime warranty (Mystique 42 - Slate Grey). - Tarring as per industry standards and manufacturer's warranty requirements. - Flashing as per industry standards and manufacturer's warranty requirements. - New ridge vent material - to be supplied by owner. - New ridge cap.
