No definite date for the rebid.** This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Niagara Falls, New York (hereinafter referred to as the "City"). The City is seeking proposals from qualified service providers for analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of City streetlight conversions to LED fixtures with additional system enhancements. The successful vendor shall act as an independent contractor and will be expected to assist the City in completing the aforementioned tasks so City can achieve cost savings, convert the existing lights to LEDs and explore streetlight design and enhancement options.
