Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project consists of process water pump replacement, slide gate replacement, valve replacement, roof replacement, and associated work at the Niagara County Sewer District No. 1 Water Pollution Control Center and East Canal Pump Station. WPCC, 7346 Liberty Drive, Niagara Falls, New York 14304 and East Canal Pump Station, 6401 East Canal Road, Lockport, New York 14094. The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and will hold the OWNER, ENGINEER, and OWNER'S Consultants harmless from any civil or criminal penalties imposed as a result of the CONTRACTOR'S non-compliance with such requirements. No additional compensation for changes in the laws, regulations, or the interpretation thereof shall be granted by the OWNER. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for complying with all laws and regulations, even if not specifically listed in these specifications.
