This Contract provides for the decommissioning of one industrial water supply well (facility well), two resource protection wells, and one gas probe for the Okanogan County Ellisforde Landfill. The work to be performed under this contract shall be the following: hoisting and removal of pumps and liners, electrical demolition, perforation of casing, pressure grouting neat cement, excavation of soil, removal of steel casing and bollards, and grading/restoring the land surface, all in accordance with the contract provisions and specifications and the WSDOT Standard Specifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
