Provide all materials and labor for the repair of all cracks and color resurfacing including entire court surface, and stripes for the 8 tennis courts at Pierce County High School. There is approximately 1,000 plus linear feet of cracking spread across the 8 courts, however it is the responsibility of the contractor to verify all quantities and repair ALL existing cracks in their proposal. All proposals shall be considered to be the final price to the Pierce County School System and should include any and all costs including but not limited to: material, shipping, storage, labor, taxes, license/insurance/fees, fuel surcharges. The Pierce County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any or all products covered in this Bid and to waive informalities or defects in submissions to accept such Bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board.
