Site work and paving for a civil project in Blackshear, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of October 3, 2022, project was awarded to East Coast Asphalt, LLC, awarded amount is $3,529,229.82. Pierce County Board of Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as Owner, is currently requesting proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to re- route, re- build, and straighten an approximate 2.23-mile portion of the existing Golf Course Road, and to re- pave approximately 0.39 miles of the existing Brooks Lane, both in Blackshear, Georgia in the neighborhood of the Okefenokee Country Club. The work on Golf Course Road will consist of grading, storm drainage, new base, leveling, asphalt paving, striping, shoulder building, and turf establishment along both the new and refurbished portions of the road. The work on Brooks Lane will consist of patching, leveling, repaving, and shoulder building along the existing asphalt road. Construction Plans are in the process of being finalized and stamped. Any questions and / or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be emailed to rgraham@robertscivilengineering.com one week prior to the bid opening
