The City of Spokane, through its Parks & Recreation Department is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from Individuals/Firms interested in repairing and installing the Riverfront Lilac Butterfly. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
