Site work and renovation of a stadium in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The project consists of various improvements to Avista Stadium to comply with Major League Baseball requirements, being completed under an aggressive phased schedule to work around the baseball season. Phase 1 of the project includes improvements to the home & visiting team clubhouses, a new grounds maintenance building, and a new strength & conditioning building. Bids will be accepted prior to the date and time listed above for this bid release. Bids are to be submitted to Lydig Construction, Inc. at 404 N. Havana, Spokane Valley, WA. Proposals received after the time noted above will not be considered. Deadline for questions prior to bid is September 15, 2023, at 3:00 PM PDT.
