DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work includes removal of the existing low slope single-ply membrane with replacement of new single-ply membrane, cover board and tapered insulation as indicated on the drawings. Construction of new perimeter parapet wall on some roof sections and potential HVAC duct removal and replacement. Requests to use "Alternate, or Equal Products" other than those specified in the contract documents are due no later than 1:00 pm, November 9, 2022.
