Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid. Said work shall commence upon notice to proceed and will be completed in 365 days from the Notice to Proceed. WY DOT - Makeup Air Unit Replacement Questions concerning this Invitation to Bid should be posted to Public Purchase. Darin J. Westby, P.E. Director Work to include but not limited to disconnecting gas, electrical, and controls from the units. Remove and dispose of existing Weathercraft MAU number 1 and 2. Install curb adaptors, if applicable, and weatherproof new curb adaptors before setting new equipment. Providing all labor and materials needed to complete the job. 2) Install new programmable thermostat. 3) Install approved MAUs ( two units). Must be a suitable substitute for: a) Weathercraft BTU 155,000 and MAU b) Weathercraft BTU 860,000 4) Commissioning and owner training required before completion. Existing units: 1) Weathercraft (sun has a faded model and serial number. BTU 155,000 2) Weathercraft (sun has a faded model and serial number. BTU 860,000
