Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Design plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of February 5, 2025, a design firm has been selected. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of Cheyenne is currently in need of a steel structure to replace the existing ice slicer tent building for the City's Street and Alley Facility. The existing 120' x 80' (42' 3" tall) ice slicer tent building was designed and built by Coverall nearly 20 years ago. It is currently in poor structural condition and has reached the end of its lifespan. The steel frame and fabric of the tent building will need to be removed, but the concrete foundation and stem walls will be preserved to be used for the new steel structure.
