Arvada-Clearmont School Parking Lot Reconstruction. Site Address: 1600 Mead Avenue. Site Directions: Located at the SE corner of US HWY 14-16 and Mead Avenue at the Arvada-Clearmont School. Description: Demolition of existing surfaces and reconstruction of the two parking lot areas located on the NE and SW sides of the Arvada-Clearmont School. New surfacing will be 4.5" of asphalt pavement with several areas of new concrete valley gutters. There is a bid alternate for 6" concrete pavement.
