*Awarded firm has been corrected. Design and Construction Services for the renewal of the active portion of Rutledge Park. The Rutledge Park renewal project is a major infrastructure initiative to replace an aging playground, add a new splash pad and washroom building in the Park. The District has previously secured a contract for supplying a prefabricated concrete washroom building complete with change rooms to be placed in the park as part of this project. Documents can be obtained from https://saanich.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities *Award amount was not released for publication. *The funding for the park came from around $370,000 from the federal government, over $535,000 from the province and over $329,000 from the District of Saanich's coffers. *The project is expected to be completed sometime in 2024.
