Site work for a water / sewer project in Delta, British Columbia. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
New drainage pump station (Silda PS) including the inlet works, power supply, discharge pipes, foreshore discharge structure for an outfall into Fraser River, and environmental compensation works required for approval from external agencies. Both locations are situated on north side of Hwy 17 and utilize the existing 2.4m x 1.2m box culvert under Hwy 17 to convey flow across the highway. A forebay on south side of Hwy 17 may be required to provide additional storage and attenuate peak inflow into the pump station. TIMELINE: In design. Tender schedule is yet to be determined. Construction is anticipated to commence in 2027.
