Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work which includes but not limited to, the following: - Install non-combustible bird screen material at the perimeter of roof overhangs - Coordinate with Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) for daily assessment to confirm no wildlife are present immediately before is installed. - Installation to take place outside bird nesting period as stated in the environmental report. The optimal time window for installation is between September and February.
