The Government is soliciting to award a task order to replacing an old fire alarm system with a new, integrated, analog/addressable fire alarm and mass notification system in the building. in accordance with enclosures (2) through (4). This Design-Bid-Build Task Order is to replacing an old fire alarm system with a new, integrated, analog/addressable fire alarm and mass notification system in the building. in accordance with enclosures (2) through (4). The project duration is 480 days. The Project is Prevailing Wage. Trades required: Temporary Facilities (Office Trailer, Portable Restrooms, Temporary Fencing), Demolition, Drywall Patching, Painting, Electrical & Fire Alarm. As of September 29, 2022 this project has been awarded to a general contractor. Construction is expected to begin late November 2022. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
