Eligibility To be eligible to bid, a bidder must: (a) have performed at least three contracts for similar work in the past five years; b) have an establishment in Québec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the City Reserve The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any liability or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
