Reference number : 1630268 Review Title : Installation of the electric fence system around the caribou enclosure - McGerrigle sector in Gaspésie Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Ministère des Forêts, de la Faune et des Parcs, through the Direction de la gestion de la faune de la Gaspésie-Île-de-la-Madeleine, wishes to install an electric fence system around the caribou enclosure, McGerrigle sector, in the Chic-Chocs wildlife reserve in Gaspésie. The tender must be presented by a contractor having an establishment in Quebec where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with his name and accessible during normal business hours. The contractor must also have the required licenses from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of contractor eligibility to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected in the context of this call for tenders. The contract begins on the signature of the parties and ends on February 17, 2023. The work may begin when the construction work on the enclosure fence, which is in progress, is completed, i.e. towards the end September 2022, and must be completed no later than January 15, 2023. The Department does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. awrd is subject to final approval.
