The work under this contract includes reconstruction of the northbound Plaza 41 manual lanes to All Electronic Tolling (AET); new portland cement concrete pavement; demolition of northbound plaza canopy and toll booths; new foundations, monotubes, sign structures and ITS equipment; guardrail and concrete barrier walls; lighting; maintenance of traffic; earthwork; drainage improvements; landscaping, erosion and sediment control; and other miscellaneous work Location: the Location of the Services to Be Performed for This Contract is the Tri-state Tollway (I-294) Between Mile Post 4.8 and Mile Post 6.5 in Cook County, Illinois Reference Bidbuy Purchase Order #: P-45443 Original Contract Award Amount: $10,080,805.71 Cost of Extra Work Order / Change Order: $127,403.96 Description - the Change is Germane to the Original Contract as Signed, Work of This Type Was Included in the Original Contract, and the Additional Efforts of This Work Are Within the Intent of the Contract and Department Policy.
