NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by South Holland School District 150 that sealed bids will be received for Interior Renovation Project at Greenwood School. Bids will be received for the following bid packages: Bid Package #1 - Asbestos Abatement; Bid Package #2 -Masonry, Bid Package #3 - Carpentry and General Construction, Bid Package #4 - Flooring; Bid Package #5 - Acoustical Ceilings; Bid Package #6 - Painting, Bid Package #7 - Gymnasium Equipment, Bid Package #8 - Plumbing, Bid Package #9- HVAC, Bid Package #10- Electrical, Bid Package #11 - Low Voltage. All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid bond in a form acceptable to the School Board, cashiers check, or certified check made payable to School District 150 in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract shall be entered into and the performance of the contract is properly secured. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the proposals without the consent of School District 150 for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids.
