The following improvement(s): Roofing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Electrical (wall and floor outlets) Plumbing Carpentry (ceiling tiles, flooring, interior doors) A bid bond, cash, or certified check made payable to the Barbara W. Smith Family Life Center in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into and the performance of the contract is properly secured.
