No bids will be accepted by oral communication, telephone, electronic mail, telegraphic transmission, or telefacsimile transmission. Lubbock Power & Light WILL NOT ACCEPT FAX BIDS. The Bid Form must be completed in blue or black ink or by typewriter. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time set for closing of the bids. Bids CANNOT be withdrawn, altered or amended after bid closing. Alteration made before bid closing must be initiated by bidder guaranteeing authenticity.
