Site work for a water / sewer project in Rabun Gap, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Per the owner, as of June 11, 2024, a design team and a general contractor have been selected. Construction is anticipated to begin in early August 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .......... The Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority requests "Statements of Qualifications" (RFQ's) from professional engineering design firms to provide preliminary engineering, surveying, design, permitting, bidding and construction phase services for the Authority's upcoming water and sewer system expansion and improvement program. The program initially includes expansion and improvements to the Water Distribution and Storage Facilities. Future projects may include sewer collection and pumping facilities and water reclamation facilities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
