Renovation of a water / sewer project in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consist of removing existing roof panels and replacing with new aluminum standing seam roof panels. Scope will include installation of spray foam insulation on the underside of the roof deck, and removal of the second floor ceiling grid, tile, and above ceiling insulation. Contractor to install new grid and ceiling tiles and reinstall existing lights and diffusers. General Contractor is to repoint masonry mortar, clean, and seal the exterior of the building. Evaluation of submission & establish ranking September 2022 Deadline for questions in 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2022 Each submission must be accompanied by a certified check of the submitter, or a bid bond executed by the submitter as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City in the amount of 5% of the submission. The Suretys Power of Attorney must accompany the bid bond. The bid bond and suretys Power of Attorney must both carry the same date which is no earlier than three (3) days prior to the scheduled bid opening date. If the selected bidder refuses or fails to execute and deliver the contract and bonds (payment and/or performance) required within 10 days after receiving notice of the acceptance of his bid, the bid security shall forfeit to the City as liquidated damages for such failure or refusal.
