Demolition services needed for 4 structures on the Funk Bottoms Wildlife Area, Wayne County. Main contact is Bryan Kay at 330-802-0023. Bid will be awarded to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder. Inquiry End Date : 8/23/2022 12:00:00 PM This project involves the demolition of four structures on the state wildlife area. These structures consist of a house (45ft. x 50ft.), a large barn (75ft. x 21ft.), a small barn (30ft. x 40ft.), and a brick building (20ft. x 42ft.) built prior to 1950. The house and two barns are on the same lot, the brick house is located approximately .10 of a mile south on the same road. Septic tanks must be crushed. All utilities have been disconnected. Any debris that can't be buried in the basement of the house, must be hauled off-site. All holes and depressions made from the demolition work must be filled and graded level before payment will be made to the contractor. Before equipment is hauled off-site, the contractor must meet with the Area Supervisor to ensure project satisfaction. At the completion of this project, the contractor shall seed and straw the project area with a wildlife friendly mix that is approved by the Area Supervisor
