The Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio, will accept sealed bids for: Liquid Asphalt. The purpose of this bid process is to establish unit pricing for various types of Liquid Asphalt for the Wayne County Engineer. The Engineer will place orders for all materials on an as-needed basis. The Board and the Engineer give no guarantee that any minimum or maximum quantity of any material will be ordered or purchased under any contract(s) resulting from this bid process. Any bid not received by the Board of County Commissioners Office located at Wayne County Administration Building, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691 at or before the deadline will be disqualified. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all irregularities and/or defects, and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to Wayne County. Until any contract(s) resulting from this Invitation to Bid is/are fully executed by all parties, including, but not limited to, the time between the adoption of any resolution(s) awarding and/or approving any contract(s) and full execution of said contract(s), this Reservation of Rights shall remain in effect.
