All bids must be marked with the word "BID" on the outside of the bid package along with the Bid De scription and Inquire No., the bid date, and the Alabama General Contractor's License Number. Award will be made at the next regularly scheduled meet ing of the Marshall County Com mission. Each bidder is required to submit with the bid a certificate of E Verify.
