Baldwin Creek Dell Haven Basin Near York Road This project will create a new stormwater detention basin along Baldwin Creek, northeast of the intersection of West Pleasant Valley and York Road in the City of Parma and will focus on reducing downstream peak flows to improve the overall Level of Service. The project is intended to provide stormwater storage capacity to reduce flood risk to downstream roadways and buildings along Baldwin Creek, part of the Regional Stormwater System (RSS). The new basin will have a physical footprint of about 5.27 acres and will tie-in to existing stormwater sewers at the inlet and outlet.
