The contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required for the: The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools and materials for the Cured-in-Place pipe lining of 1810 lineal feet of 8 sanitary sewer, 66 laterals and 7 manholes on Blossom Avenue between York Road and Sutherland Avenue in the City of Parma Heights. All in accordance with the Drawings and these Contract Documents, prepared by Euthenics, Inc., herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract and the Contractor shall do everything required by this contract and other Documents constituting a part thereof. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools and materials for the Cured-in-Place pipe lining of 1810 lineal feet of 8 sanitary sewer, 66 laterals and 7 manholes on Blossom Avenue between York Road and Sutherland Avenue in the City of Parma Heights. The Contractor shall include the specification booklet along with any addenda, in their entirety and original form, with his/her bid. All bidding documents must be obtained from the offices of Euthenics, Inc., duplications of the Bid Form and Contract Documents will be considered unacceptable. Each bid must be made upon the Proposal Form provided in the set of Specifications and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit drawn on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid or a Bid Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and Surety Bond satisfactory to said City in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Parma Heights, Ohio. Bids will be opened and read at the time and place stated above. Those who have submitted Proposals or their representatives are invited to attend. The right is reserved to accept any bidder to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities should it be deemed to be for the best interest of the City of Parma Heights to do so.
