Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in West Donegal Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The estimated cost range is $200,000 - $500,000. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/30/2022 12:00 PM Conewago Township will receive bids for the Beagle Road Bridge Replacement Project. There will be no pre-bid conference for the project. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project is subject to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements. Bidders must be prequalified as specified in Section 102.01 and Section 102.06(c) of Publication 408 for Work Class Cod S1. The successful Bidder shall substantially complete the project by May 12, 2023 and the project shall be fully completed and ready for final payment by May 26, 2023. It is anticipated the notice to proceed for will be given by the end of September 2022. Conewago Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
