The project involves installation of a stream pump around system, bulk grading, 125-LF of stream restoration tie in repair, installation of riprap protection, fine grading, seeding, and other related items along the Conoy Creek along Miller Rd. Questions Due Date: Jul 29th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to "West Donegal Township", in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the bid total to be forfeited as liquidated damages should the bidder default in execution of the contract within 10 days after notice of award of same. The non-collusion affidavit must be executed and submitted with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. The project cost is greater than $25,000 and shall be bid utilizing PA Prevailing Wage Rates. A completed Public Works Employment Verification Form shall be submitted with the bid package. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities in, or reject any and all bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bonds shall so state same. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
