Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wellsville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For 2021 HVAC Improvements Project - Mechanical. The scope of work for this project includes replacement of multiple classroom unit ventilators, and the High School Gymnasium RTU repalcement. Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: Mechanical Construction. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5%] five percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [45] forty-five days after opening of bids.
