Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wellsville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.
The Town of Wellsville invites bids for the placement and finishing of floor slabs and aprons at the Town Highway Garage and Town Hall currently under construction. The Building is being constructed by students from the Alfred State College School of Applied Technology - Building Trades on a lot at 24 West Hanover Street, Wellsville, NY. Bidders on the contracts are required to execute a non-collusive bidding certificate pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. The Town of Wellsville is exempt from the payment of sales and compensation use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment, and supplies sold to the Town pursuant to this contract. Also exempt from such taxes are purchases by the supplier of materials, equipment, and supplies to be sold to the Town pursuant to this contract. These taxes are not to be included in the Bid. All bids shall be binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Town of Wellsville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
