Site Walkthrough: N/A Provide alarm monitoring services for all security systems throughout Dakota County. Provide monthly monitoring fees with your quotation per attached pages 4-6 of this RFQ. 2. Reprogramming all the current communicators and panels to communicate with the central monitoring station. Include a one-time reprogramming of the panels with your bid. 3. Do not include Cellular Dialer Fees with this quote. Cellular plan for cellular dialers is provided under a separate contract. 4. Communication types are a combination of telephone line, internet, and cellular. Refer to the table below for locations, panel model, and communication types. Monitoring agency must have the capability to monitor all sites at the beginning of the contract. 5. Only 2 sites, Camp Sacajawea and SLP Retreat Center, don't use IP/Cellular dialers. Camp Sacajawea and SLP Retreat Center use a dial up modem. 6. Monitoring agency must have the capability to monitor Bosch IP communicators using Connectix IP. 7. Additional charges for extra signals beyond alarms (daily test timer, AC loss, low battery, etc.) will not be allowed. Only one monthly fee will be assessed per location, per type of system. 8. Only 1 bill will be submitted per the month with each system at each location as a separate line item. 9. Monitoring prices cannot be increased during the contract term with the exception of yearly price increases if applicable and designated with Vendor's quote. Contract term will be for 1 year with the option to extend up to and including 3 years. 10.A master agreement must be provided. 11.Provide any deviations from this scope of service and proposed equivalencies in letter format with quote submission.
