Reference Number : 1630610 Review Title : Provision of a climbing block and a "bamboo jungle" type course Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of L'Ange-Gardien is requesting tenders for the following contract: The supply of a climbing block and a "bamboo jungle" type course Object of the contract: the Municipality wishes to proceed with the acquisition of various equipment in order to develop a park intended for the adolescent clientele on the site of Champboisé de L'Ange-Gardien. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
