Reference number : 1715523 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-01 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 5 The Center de services scolaire au Coeur-des-Vallees would like to obtain quotes for repair work on the interior finishes (cafeteria) at De la Montagne school located at 68, rue des Saules in Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette (Que.) J0X 2L0. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond issued by a financial institution which is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice bond insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and companies ( RSQ , c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act(LC, 1991, c. 46).). A certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the Public Body, will also be accepted. Failing to comply with one or other of the forms indicated above, the submission will be automatically rejected. Intergovernmental agreement This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreement: ACCQO - Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario Deadline for receipt of complaints In accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, c. C-65.1). The tenderer or any person having an interest within the meaning of the Act may file a complaint with the CSCV in relation to this call for tenders. The deadline for submitting complaints is May 1 , 2023. Other Only suppliers holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) will be considered for the award of the contract . Tendering suppliers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender.
