Removal and offsite disposal of up to approximately 400m3 waste excavation for the project areas, including existing asphalt waste and related asphalt saw cutting;
Supply and install up to approximately 50m3 of structural fill, if necessary, and related waste material, if unsuitable or weak native soil materials are encountered;
Approximately 830 m2 of subgrade preparation;
Supply and installation of approximately 830m2 of 20mm minus granular base material (100mm thickness);
Supply and installation of approximately 830m2 of 75mm minus granular subbase material (300mm thickness);
Supply and installation of approximately 830m2 of asphalt (50mm minimum thickness);
Supply and install approximately 15 m3 of topsoil around disturbed grass areas;
Materials Testing (compaction testing for subgrade, subbase, base and asphalt) and asphalt coring;
Proof Roll using full water truck on entire subgrade; and
Restoration of any disturbed landscaping or surface to pre-construction condition TM Roberts Elementary School (TMRES) – Optional Work:
Removal and offsite disposal of up to approximately 2,300m3 waste excavation waste excavation for the project areas, including existing asphalt waste and related asphalt saw cutting;
Supply and install up to approximately 75m3 of structural fill, if necessary, and related waste material, if unsuitable or weak native soil materials are encountered;
Supply and installation of one catch basin, m of 250mm diameter SDR35 PVC storm pipe and one drywell;
Approximately 4,460 m2 of subgrade preparation;
Supply and installation of approximately 4,460m2 of 20mm minus granular base material (150mm thickness);
Supply and installation of approximately 4,460m2 of 75mm minus granular subbase material (300mm thickness);
Supply and installation of approximately 4,000m2 of asphalt (50mm minimum thickness);
Supply and installation of approximately 460m2 of asphalt (80mm minimum thickness);
Supply and install approximately 15 m3 of topsoil around disturbed grass areas;

Import approximately 100m3 of granular fill to match pathway grade to adjacent playground and feather fill to existing on south
Approximately 100 m2 of subgrade preparation;
Supply and installation of approximately 100m2 of 20mm minus granular base material (100mm thickness);
Supply and installation of approximately 100 m2 of 75mm minus granular subbase material (300mm thickness);
Supply and installation of approximately 100m2 of asphalt (50mm minimum thickness);
Materials Testing (compaction testing for subgrade, subbase, and base);
Supply and install approximately 15 m3 of topsoil around disturbed grass areas and any pathway fill slopes; and
Restoration of any disturbed landscaping or surface to pre-construction condition including but not limited to the locations indicated on the Contract Drawings.
