General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 97 Catherine Street Potsdam - Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include : Furnish & Install New Metal Roof, Furnish & Install Two (2) New Exterior & Two (2) New Storm Doors, Furnish & Install New Fuel Oil Furnace. Bid Solicitations and Contract Documents are provided by the Development Authority of the North Country as part of the Authority's due diligence in its role as the NYS CDBG Sub Recipient for St. Lawrence County . St, Lawrence County is the recipient of the New York State CDBG Grant funding. The Development Authority staff, will review all bids submitted for completeness. The Development Authority will make recommendation to the homeowner on the lowest responsible bidder. The Rehabilitation Contract will be between the Homeowner and the Contractor. MWBEs and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to apply. The contractor will ensure that to the greatest extent feasible opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this NYS CDBG-assisted project will be extended to lower-income project area residents. Further, the contractor will, to the greatest extent feasible, utilize business concerns located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area, in the award of contracts and purchase of services and supplies.
