This RFP is issued to obtain proposals from qualified proponents who have demonstrated past experience in servicing Healthcare clients on a large scale site footprint, and multiple site locations while adhering to all deliverables and Ontario Fire Codes. The key requirements for this RFP are to provide professional and experienced technicians that are qualified to carry out the scheduled/unscheduled inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and certification on HHSC's existing fire alarm system. HHSC is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing this RFP: Comply with applicable sections of the Ontario Fire Code, CAN/ULC-S536-04, and NFPA; Achieve the best solution for the needs of the Facility Management group; Control inspection and testing costs; Obtain quality services at best overall value; Minimize fire alarm system equipment failures and maintenance repairs between annual inspections, and; Enhance satisfaction of HHSC users and improvement in services.
