Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Pittsburgh Pirates are accepting bids for Exterior Concrete Sidewalk Repairs at PNC Park. Work consists of repair of exterior concrete sidewalks along three sides of PNC Park and includes the following: maintain building egress and protection around work areas, salvage or maintain existing site features, demolish and remove existing concrete sidewalks, prepare existing subbase; provide new materials as required, install concrete sidewalks, including joints, reinstall salvaged site features. Work is to be completed in two Phases: Phase I: October 10, 2022 to March 10, 2023 and Phase II: October 9, 2023 to March 8, 2024. Questions pertaining to the content of the bid documents shall be directed to WJE, Phillip Elgin, pelgin@wje.com. Ques- tions regarding this bid will not be entertained after 12:00 p.m. on August 16, 2022. - MBE/WBE Participation Goals: 25% MBE / 10% WBE - Compliance with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (PWA) No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the bids. The Pittsburgh Pirates reserve the right to waive any irregularities, to accept or reject any bids, and reserve the right to choose the lowest responsible bidder.
